Scenario 1: Mr. Raymond Tan
Mr. Raymond Tan is a 79-year-old retired school principal who was admitted to the emergency department at the National University Hospital in Singapore after a fall in his
home bathroom. He sustained a minor head injury and extensive bruising but no fractures. His daughter, who lives in Sengkang, brought him to hospital after he was
