Assessment Task Detail and Instructions: This 2500-word assignment requires students to complete a patchwork report, with each section attributed to a module learning outcome. There are 4 patches to complete.
The patchwork order is outlined in the patchwork guidance document below. This will outline what is required for each patch. Please stick to this outline. The learning outcomes attributed to each patch need to be achieved to pass the assignment, which will be fine graded. You will need to provide a reference list at the end of each patch. There is no set number of references required for each patch, this will be determined by the quality and depth of student writing.
This assignment can be written in the first-person narrative.

Learning Outcome 1: Critically evaluate the mechanisms that can be used to influence organisational change and public policy, demonstrating the development of political awareness and skills.
Learning Outcome 2: Critically evaluate the service user experience based on evidence, audit and evaluation, to establish potential for improvement in a defined aspect of care/professional practice.
Learning Outcome 3: Demonstrate an ability to lead and co-ordinate personalised care and social prescribing across integrated care services, recognising the different levels of seniority and experience required to enable effective escalation through prioritisation and delegation.
Learning Outcome 4: Critically reflect on own leadership style and the impact of this in clinical practice on team performance and patient experience.
