BUS4007 Assignment Tasks

Task One

Making use of the PESTLE tool internationally, select an organisation of your choice and undertake an analysis of the behaviour of this organisation in it’s national and international environments. Highlight how the nature of the organisation’s environment impacts on its operations. How does the organisation react to the national and environmental factors? (35 marks)

Task Two

Identify the main stakeholders of the organisation selected in task one using an appropriate model after having explained stakeholder theory. Use a Power/Interest matrix to assess the importance of these stakeholders. Evaluate the potential conflicts and suggest how these might be resolved. (25 marks)

Task Three

Explain the SWOT analysis model and using the organisation selected in task one apply the model. What should the organisation do to ensure it’s survival and growth in the industry? (25 marks)

Task Four

Taking a country of your choice, explain the national economic system under which the country operates.(15 marks)
