would suggest for 1 problem for each individual; a total of 16 objective (eight for each individual) and eight subjective (four for each individual)
elements, a total of eight problems (four for each individual), and four health promotion teaching opportunities (two for each person) for one of the
problems for each individual.
Review the Nutritional assessment in Jarvis Chapter 12 or find a nutritional assessment online.
