Identification of legal issues raised by factual and hypothetical scenarios and application of relevant intellectual property law concepts, principles, and rules to present a reasoned choice between alternative solutions and critical judgment of the merits of particular arguments to offer evidenced conclusions.

3. To conduct self-directed research including accurate identification of issues which require researching, retrieval and evaluation of accurate, current and relevant information from a range of appropriate sources including primary and secondary legal sources.

4. Critical engagement with entrepreneurial activity and evaluation of intellectual property implications for possible real-time and hypothetical scenarios.
