Instructions:
In this assignment, you will develop an evidence-based implementation plan.
Assignment Tasks:
· Develop an implementation plan using an EBP framework or model.
· Identify key staff and stakeholders.
· Develop a timeline.
· Describe evaluation methods.
· Describe implications for Nursing Practice and Patient Outcomes.
Submission Instructions:
· The paper is to be clear and concise and students will lose points for improper grammar, punctuation and misspelling.
· The paper should be formatted per current APA and 5-7 pages in length, excluding the title, abstract and references page. Incorporate a minimum of 3-5 current (published within last four years) scholarly journal articles or primary legal sources (statutes, court opinions) within your work.
· This assignment will be assessed through Turnitin.
- All paragraphs must have 5 sentences.
- All references must have “doi” if applicable.
- All references must be cited in the body.
