discuss the family you have been visiting over the last eight weeks. Include the following in your paper:

Family members included in this family. Be sure to include family members who may be important to family functioning but are not always present. Include ages, gender and work status or grade in school. A Genogram of the family including 3 generations Family dwelling-a brief description of the home. Neighborhood-a brief summary of the neighborhood assessment done previously Basic needs-Does the family have any problems with such needs as air, water, food, sleep, rest or activity. Describe how the family meets these needs. Describe the developmental stage of each family member. Are there any developmental concerns that need to be met? What is the health status of each family member? What health problems are there in the family and how are they taking care of those problems? Does the family do any preventative health care? Describe how you would advise them to approach starting a program of health promotion. What are three nursing diagnoses addressed with this family. Describe what you did to take care of those nursing diagnoses. Are there neighborhood facilities or centers where you would tell them to go? What are they and how would you describe their use. Do you think disconnecting from the family will be difficult? Why? How do you plan on doing this?
