You must complete 22.5 hours of practical experience for this course. It is NOT “hands-on” but instead is “research-based.” You will log the time spent researching/collecting the data for the Hallmark (worksheets located in week 7 module). You will log all time on the Practicum Time Log (also located in week 7’s module). This form will be turned in week 13 to complete the course. In addition, you are required to interview a public health nurse (PHN) which may count toward these practicum hours.
