2. Formulate a clinical question using the PICOT elements. Conduct a search for the best evidence. Write a five-page paper critically appraising the evidence available for the problem identified. In your paper, introduce the clinical problem and discuss why nursing should care about this issue. Explain your search strategy. What search keywords/phrases did you use? What was your yield (how many research papers on the topic did you discover)? Construct a matrix table for three to four original research studies.
