Communication can make or break an organization and has many facets and variables. A good communication plan understands the effective types of communication and its theories, channels, and tools. The plan then uses these to leverage the diversity and power dynamics on all of their teams to create an effective communication plan.

ProTech has just been acquired by SmartWell Automation, a company focused on smart manufacturing and digital transformation who want to fold ProTech’s components into their portfolio.

Imagine that you are a consultant and have been hired by ProTech to put together a communication plan for this change.
