each step of planning change. While it is not necessary to implement the change, in this assignment, you will identify the

### Situation:
You notice a conflict between millennial nurses (born between 1981 and 1996) and Generation X nurses (born between 1965
and 1980) in your work setting. While there is no outright hostility, an undercurrent seems to be preventing effective
