Assess your preferred, primary, and secondary leadership styles, your flexibility, and your leadership effectiveness based on the the outcome of the Situational Leadership SLII® Questionnaire. Compare and contrast how your use of leadership styles may differ with other path-goal styles of leadership based on your Path–Goal Leadership Questionnaire scores. All three leadership assessments are designed to give you a great perspective on your leadership abilities, strengths, and weaknesses. Step 3: Read the Scoring Interpretation Step 2) Write Module 2 Leadership Assessment Summary In a Word document, provide an APA cover page with a one to two page summary of the three leadership assessments. Use headings to clearly identify the two parts of the assignment (for example: Leadership Behavior Questionnaire Summary). Part 1: Provide a one to two paragraph summary explaining the outcome of the Leadership Behavior Questionnaire. First, provide your Task score and Relationship score, and based on the scoring interpretation, explain what range best describes each of these scores. Next, based on the outcome of these two scores, summarize your strengths and weaknesses. Part 2: Provide a one to two paragraph summary explaining your response(s) to the Situational Leadership SLII® assessment. For each of the four leadership situations, provide the development level and action you chose and briefly explain your reasoning for this response.
