Excluding PPACA-compliant health insurance/medical coverage only, please identify additional legally required benefits that The Bravo Center would make available to its workforce.

• Discretionary Benefits – Additional benefits that are not legally required

a.  Provide an explanation for how the legally required benefits you recommended in part A1 support The Bravo Center’s goals.

b.  Provide an explanation for how the discretionary benefits you recommended in part A1 support The Bravo Center’s goals.

B.  Describe one additional benefit you would offer to help fill the understaffed IT and marketing positions and justify your recommendation.

C.  Describe one additional benefit you would offer to executive level employees to help fill the open chief operations officer (COO) position and justify your recommendation.

D.  Acknowledge sources, using in-text citations and references, for content that is quoted, paraphrased, or summarized.

E.  Demonstrate professional communication in the content and presentation of your submission.
