Objective: This assignment is built to help you break down the criteria of the final project, address all necessary components, identify sources which will help fill out your paper, and allow for feedback prior to your final project submission.
To create an outline for full credit, using the following guide. Your outline should include at minimum one statement for each area/criteria but can certainly be more detailed. This outline will serve as a guide for your final project, so use the level of detail that would be most helpful for you.
Outline Guide:
I. Character Profile: Create a character profile RELEVANT to your chosen diagnosis and treatment plan. Most of this
criteria will be included in each paper, but you are able to discern what works best for your character.

background information.
B. Personal history relevant to your diagnosis and
treatment.
C. Current circumstances, stressors, and challenges.
D. Overall behavioral, emotional, and cognitive characteristics that generally speak to the state of your chosen character. **Specific examples of behavior will be listed in the next section, this is an account of overall life circumstances (ex. II. Diagnosis: A. Based on the character profile, diagnose the individual with a mental health disorder using the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM-5-TR) criteria. B.
