For this assignment, you must produce either a 2250-word written essay or a 10- minute narrated presentation, based on how personality or intelligence literature could be used to help meet an organisation’s recruitment needs. Assignment instructions:

An organisation is looking to employ carers who have the ideal personality or intelligence required to support elderly individuals.

In your assignment, you must critically examine two theories that would help the organisation understand what the ideal personality OR intelligence would be for the role they are recruiting.

You must also recommend one personality OR intelligence psychometric test that can help the organisation hire suitable candidates.

Scientific evidence must be critically explored to help you justify your psychometric test recommendation. Ethical considerations must be discussed to ensure your psychometric recommendation can be implemented appropriately. Arguments should be supported by citations from robust academic sources.
