- Work with your preceptor and stakeholders at your project site to develop an action plan for promoting interprofessional collaboration in your healthcare setting. Submit this in the appendices section.
- Brainstorm strategies for fostering effective communication, enhancing team dynamics, and resolving conflicts. Submit this in the appendices section.
- Outline specific steps, responsibilities, and timelines for implementing the action plan within the healthcare setting. Submit this in the appendices section.
