Explain why motivating staff is such an important issue for organisations and then show how a real-world organisation has used an employee recognition scheme to motivate its employees (explain how the scheme worked and what impact it had).
Question 2 – Group and Team Dynamics (750 words):
Explain the concept of group dynamics and how it influences organisational behaviour and then show how different factors can support or hinder effective teamwork within an organisation.
