Read the case study (G’s Group).  Discuss the HRM practices in the firm and how they support in the achievement of organizational goals. Critically evaluate how HRM practices influence organizational behavior and based on the case study, discuss the three pillars of HRM practices in the organization and their influence on performance and behavioral outcomes in G’s Group.

1.   Introduction: This section must cover the following agenda.

(i) Company profile: Provide a brief introduction of G's Group, including its history, mission, vision, headquarters, key business activities, geographic presence, number of employees, client base, and competitors. Conduct additional research to supplement the case study details. [6 marks]

(ii) Aim & Objectives: The aim statement of intent must describe what the learner proposes to achieve by undertaking the task. A maximum of 3 objectives must be listed here. [4 marks]

2. Critical Analysis. The candidate must provide critical analysis on the following sections:

a. HRM Practicesa.   Evaluate the HRM practices at G's Group and their influence on organizational behavior and strategy. Discuss components such as: - Workforce planning and labor supply. - Ethical practices and compliance (e.g., modern slavery strategy). - Leadership and staff development initiatives practices in the organization and their influence on performance and behavioral outcomes. Additionally, integrate relevant HRM models like the Guest model or 4 Cs outcomes to assess organizational performance. [20 marks]

3. Recommendations and Conclusions and references: Provide actionable recommendations to enhance G's Group's HRM practices, considering their focus on ethics, labor management, and employee development. Conclude with an evaluation of their current strategies' effectiveness and areas for improvement. Include 8-10 references in the Harvard Style, citing both the case study and external research sources. [10 marks]

Discuss any 2 leadership styles and critically analyze the advantages and disadvantages of these styles in your industry. Identify the most conducive leadership style to promote performance in your company with discussion and critical reflection on why you think it is so.

The format for this activity is a written report (Reflection).

A minimum of 500 words is required.

Assignment Task 5: [10 marks] Presentation

Prepare & submit a PowerPoint presentation (limit to 10-12 slides total) on any one function of HRM. You will be evaluated on the content, delivery, and design layout.
