Some frameworks, like Scrum and DSDM, are more prescriptive while others, such as Kanban, offer greater flexibility. The focus of each framework can vary, emphasizing different aspects of development—Scrum prioritizes team collaboration, Kanban centers on workflow management, and Extreme Programming (XP) highlights technical practices. Additionally, the roles and responsibilities within these frameworks differ; Scrum defines specific roles, whereas Kanban adopts a more role-agnostic approach. Overall, despite all Agile frameworks adhering to the principles of the Agile Manifesto, they diverge significantly in their methodologies and structures, necessitating careful selection by teams based on their context, project needs, and organizational culture. It is also common for organizations to adapt and blend elements from multiple frameworks to formulate a hybrid approach that aligns with their specific requirements.

Compare similarities between the processes of Agile methods. Contrast the differences in methodology, focus, and structure of at least three of the frameworks. Discuss whether there can ever be a single underlying thread to all of these that you can use to be Agile while using differing methodologies.
