Scenario 3 Thompson is a German citizen who has been running a Dormitory Hostel in South – West London for EU students near to his home. A new owner Martin of the next-door butcher shop often keeps his bins open in the back garden. That has been causing huge nuisance to Hostel residents. Thompson called Martin several times but no action. Thompson contacted a local Solicitor, but they advised Thompson to attend in person and pay consultation fees £500.00 + VAT.
