  Chapter V Legal Aspects and Considerations (For students who took 580 in the Summer 2023 to present)

• (Minimum 14 pages – 2 references) - third person/some use of first person permitted
• For each of the 14 Legal Duties complete a minimum of one page with the following requirements:
• Describe the legal duty
• Discuss at least two areas where your athletic program or team complies with respect to this legal duty
• Discuss at least two areas where your athletic program or team is deficient or needs to improve with respect to this legal duty
• A minimum of two references that are also cited in the body of your paper
• The body of the paper (not including the title page, abstract, reference list or appendices) should be a minimum of 14 pages
• Appendix E will include the EAP
