Summarize the facts of the case; Identify the primary legal issues in the case; Explain the courts rationale for its ruling, and why you agree or disagree with the ruling (support your opinion with fact and citations); Format

Please use the following format for the Case Study:

Use APA format and cite sources, as necessary. If you need a refresher on APA, reference the APA Learning Unit. Do your resources meet the CRAAP test? Review the CRAAP Test Reference page. Your answer must be a minimum of three (3) paragraphs of five (5) to seven (7) sentences. Use Times New Roman, 12-point font, and double spaced. All Case Studies should be submitted in PDF format.
