VII. Clinical Prevention and Population Health for
Improving the Nation's Health Preparation for meetings I
conducted a comprehensive preparation for my participant recruitment meeting
by assembling all study materials, including printing informed consent forms,
pre-tests, demographic data collection form, individualized self-management
template, and the PozQoL measurement tool. Also, I did a review and rehearsal
of the educational presentation powerpoint and to ensure consistent and
professional delivery of study information to prospective participants. |

Collaboration for Improving Patient and Population Health Outcomes Implementation of
project Arrived to clinical site
to set up for participants that called to be apart of my study. As
participants arrived a sequential identification numbering system was assign
and will be used throughout the study for confidentiality. The participants
completed informed consents and were provided with a study orientation,
including an explanation of my HIV quality improvement educational project,
assessment tools, and participation commitment with the timeline and duties.
After the meeting was completed, I gathered the completed materials and
started putting together my data collection. |
