Summary of Remaining Chapters Following this topic proposal, the project will expand Chapter I into a full introduction that refines the problem scope, research objectives, and hypotheses. Chapter II will include a literature review in detail, planned by parts of plan quality indicators, training and exercise practices, coordination with responders, and evidence of outcomes. Chapter III will show the findings of the structured review, which will include the thematic synthesis of the review and, in the relevant cases, will compare the quantitative findings of studies. The fourth chapter will be the discussion of conclusions, ethical issues connected with the investigation of safety in schools, and the recommendations that the local districts may adopt to enhance emergency preparedness and decrease casualties.
