As you journey into this course on developing your social work practice skills, you will build a toolbox of practices, skills, and increased insight into your use of self in social work practice. At the foundation level of developing social work skills, answer the following in an introduction discussion post video:

Who are you? Introduce yourself: Share your name, preferred pronouns, and course discipline.
Where are you located?
What areas of social work are you interested in?
What is your current self-care plan?
What do you hope to gain from this course?
What are your expectations of the instructor?

Under your posted video discussion, post an image or symbol that represents your connection to the social work profession. Think about how this image/symbol represents your WHY for wanting to join this profession and explain in a brief statement.
