As a group, develop a performance psychology workshop for one of the following groups:
Year 4 students presenting their capstone research at 3MT (Three-minute thesis) presentations SUSS Futsal Club having an exhibition match with another university SUSS K-Pop Dance Crew doing a performance for the public Full-time Psychology students going for interviews for their work attachments Your workshop slides should be similar to that of doing a live presentation to one of the above groups. In the presentation, you have to (a) evaluate the relevant factors of peak performance,
(b) introduce and appraise the importance of mental skills for peak performance, and (c) describe some evidence-based performance psychology strategies for your chosen group.
Part B: GBA Declaration Form (10 marks)
Students must submit their completed GBA declaration forms individually.
List all the tasks that you completed for this GBA and provide honest ratings of yourself and every other member on your team, based solely on the work done for this GBA. The numbering of members stated on the list in (III) of the form should be identical for all members of the group, and should include yourself. For example, in this group below of five people, all members will list Anna as #1, Benjamin as #2, Suhaila as #3 and so on. Please use full names in this list.
Ensure that you follow the numbering of members in this list when giving your ratings in the table under part (IV). Marks are awarded based on the individual’s contribution and group feedback. To gain higher marks, there must be evidence of greater contribution, which will be reflected in the group feedback.
