Technology & COVID-19
Though online learning was nearly 30 years old when the COVID-19 pandemic began, the event forced an immediate transition to distance education for millions of learners and instructors of all ages. Some had a positive experience, and some had a negative experience. However, it is evident that some practices that were adopted during this time have persisted despite the fact that many students and instructors have returned to in-person learning.
What best practices have emerged with respect to the use of technology in learning as a result of this experience? How could these practices be improved? Cite scholarly evidence to support your own experiences as an educator in your post.
Submission Instructions:
Format your posts using APA Guidelines, including correct citation and reference formatting. Do not use direct quotes – paraphrase and cite accordingly.
Your initial post should be at least 350 words with support from at least two academic sources published in the last five years.
