Client reports not feeling well over the past few days and are unable to go to work yesterday due to weakness and lack of energy. The client works for a commercial construction company and reveals having diarrhea for the past 3 days after eating lunch at a restaurant near a job site. Current medications are atenolol 50 mg orally, famotidine 20 mg orally twice a day, hydrochlorothiazide 50 mg orally daily, and nifedipine ER 30 mg orally daily, VS t 98.7F(37c), HR 112 beats/min, RR 16b/min, BP 102/58 mm hg, spo2 96% on RA.
