Purpose
The purpose of this assignment is to demonstrate the achievement of the Nurse Executive Role Specific Competencies from the American Organization for Nursing Leadership so far since the beginning of this DNP Journey. During the previous course and this current course, several of those competencies (communication, knowledge of healthcare, professionalism, leadership, and business skills) were indispensable tools to achieve the DNP Thesis Proposal's approval and receive the IRB exemption for the implementation of the implementation the upcoming practice change.
