 The state of Minnesota recently passed a law that legalized the sale and use of recreational marijuana. The topic brings out many opinions on whether or not this is a good idea for our state. You, as informed consumers of information may eventually have to form your own opinion on this issue. The purpose of this paper is to have you dig into the research/propaganda on the issue and form your own position. How does the legalization of marijuana impact Minnesota?

You will be graded on the following:

Using sources, identifying the potential benefits and consequences of legalization.

Identify and discuss how legalization might impact your future career.

Based on the identified benefits and consequences, discuss your opinion on legalization, do you think it was a good idea or not?

You need to use at least 3 sources which will be outlined in a bibliography at the end of your paper (any style is fine). Examples of sources include, but are not limited to: textbook, peer reviewed articles, credible websites (government, university, medical institutions, NOT Wikipedia).

I don’t care what style you write in as long as it is of college level writing.
