Develop a future strategy: Based on your analysis, propose a realistic and sustainable future strategy for the organization. Consider factors such as the organization's mission, values, resources, and competitive landscape.
Create an academic poster: Design a visually appealing and informative poster presenting your analysis and proposed strategy. The poster should include:

Brief organizational background and overview.
Key findings from your strategic analysis (e.g.,SWOT analysis, PESTEL analysis)
Clearly defined strategic objectives and goals.
Description of the proposed future strategy,including specific actions and initiatives.
