The assignment is in two distinct parts. Be sure to include both parts in your paper and separate each part with an appropriate heading.
Part 1
First, you will write a five- to six-page paper that does the following:
Begins with a clear introduction to Agile methodology. Provide a brief explanation of what Agile entails and outline its essential principles. Describes the organization in which you will apply Agile methodology, detailing its current workflow or project management practices. Identify any specific challenges your organization faces that Agile methodologies could help address. (You can be creative here. The organization you describe does not have to be a real one.) Outlines specific steps and strategies you would recommend for implementing Agile practices in the organization. Consider various aspects, including team structures, roles, tools, and processes that could facilitate this transition. Discusses how Agile can be integrated into the organization’s daily operations. Provide concrete examples illustrating how you envision incorporating Agile practices within the organization’s existing workflow. Summarizes the benefits of adopting Agile methodology. Reflect on how Agile can transform the organizational culture of your chosen organization and enhance overall efficiency. Reflect on how you can initiate Agile transformations in an organization. Think of the challenges of the teams, management, and the business. Explain how biblical principles can help with the transformations (be specific, and support your thoughts with Scripture). Discuss whether Agile is the right answer for the different departments.
