Use Microsoft Project to create a project budget and a project schedule. You first develop your project schedule. Then, you include the budget for all the project-related costs. Include costs for each task in your project schedule, with a minimum of 20 line items in the schedule.
Complete the following steps for this assignment:
1. Create your project schedule in Microsoft Project. Include tasks, durations, dependencies, resources, and a Gantt chart.
2. Develop a budget in Microsoft Project or Microsoft Excel that includes the cost for each task, as well as subtotals and a total cost.
3. Add references to your project budget and schedule in the Project Plan Template.
4. Create the executive summary for your project plan.
o Note that it should explain who, what, where, when, why, and how.
o Be sure to include:
§ Project summary and benefits.
§ Project start and completion dates (or duration).
§ Estimated project cost.
§ Resources needed and supporting evidence.
5. Submit your final project plan, including your executive summary, budget, and schedule.
