Specifications for Assignment 3:

1)Write (one or two sentences) the Research Problem and Objective of your potential Master’s thesis. 

2)Create a mind map of your Master’s thesis (or topic you are interested) and include all the topics/elements/ steps that are necessary for the Master’s thesis to be completed. 

3)Note, your mind map is NOT expected to be perfect. It may combine different groups and categories, may have gaps and question marks. The goal is to produce a reasonably detailed picture of the topics/elements/steps needed to complete your Master’s thesis as you see it at the moment. The picture will be further refined along the project.

Note: Once you have completed your mid map, you can ask some AI-tool to create a table of contents for your potential thesis topic. If it includes some relevant topics (that were not in your original mind map), place them into your mid map. Mark those topics in such a way that they are visible (for later presentation).

4)Finally, prepare a slide set (two slides): the first slide includes the Research Problem and Objective and the second slide your mind map.  Once ready upload that slide set to OMA under assignment 3.

Note: In case you haven’t yet identified any potential thesis topic, you can postpone this assignment and upload it later once you have found a potential topic.
