Evaluate the impact of leadership styles on a team. 

Assess the importance of accountability and trust in a team. 

Compare and contrast methods of managing conflict within a team. Explain the components of a positive culture within a team. 

Describe how systems and processes support a positive culture in a team. Explain how to foster creative and innovative ways of working in a team.
