1. You are tasked with conducting a research project on a topic of your choice within the business realm. The research should be based on the student`s own primary data. The project should involve multiple phases:
2. Using the SPSS and AMOS software, conduct EFA, CFA, and SEM and submit the SPSS and AMOS outputs showing your steps to reach the results.
3. Provide a Word file report that shows the following:

• Introduction
• Literature review
• Methodology
• Data analysis and results
• Discussion
• References

1. Make sure that anything you take from any source is cited (in-text citation and references) according to the APA citation style. A Turnitin check will be implemented.
2. The number of words from 8000-10000 words.  Times New Roman font 12, 1.5 line spacing.  Justify alignment.
3. The due date for report submission is 29 November 2025.
4. The presentation will be on the second day of the last week of the semester, 30 November 2025.
5. You should submit this assignment as a soft copy to Blackboard
6. This assignment represents 50% of the total grade.
