Purpose: The purpose of this assignment is to provide students with an opportunity to apply their course knowledge of Qatar Employment Law. The assignment is an analysis and application of current laws and legal resources in Qatar Employment Law.

Assumption: You are the HR Manager and want to provide an overview of the Employment related laws and legal resources to your supervisors. Your goal is to educate the supervisors that there are many laws and resources to understand. You also want your supervisors to understand their role in helping the company to be compliant to the laws and legal processes in Qatar. Therefore, you want to briefly summarize the employment laws and legal resources for the supervisors so they can appreciate the severity of being compliant.
You are NOT explaining the laws or legal resources in detail. You should highlight the overarching philosophy or meaning of the law and legal resources and explain their importance. As the HR Manager, you are responsible for ensuring compliance to the laws through the implementation of policies and practices at the workplace. This infographic should be a visually appealing opportunity for you to communicate an overview of the employment-related laws and resources in Qatar.
