You will develop an evidenced-informed infographic of a health-related issue relevant to the indigenous population.   Please review your Canadian Fundamentals of Nursing Textbook, Chapter 10 to familiarize yourself with Indigenous Health issues.

To develop an your infographic, you should first educate yourself on your topic.  You will be required to review a minimum of 3 resources from scholarly peer reviewed journals, textbooks & evidenced informed websites.  

These resources should be cited in your infographic and list in your reference list.

IN-TEXT CITATION Should be included. 

In your infographic, be sure to address the following questions:

What is the health-related issue? How does this health issue disproportionately affect indigenous populations, and why?   What are the social determinants of health that impact your health issue? How has colonization and the history of Indigenous people and Canada impacted your health issue (include specifics eg: Treaties, Residential schools, Sixties Scoop etc...)? You may include any additional information you feel is relevant to your health-related issue &/or Indigenous Health. ANY INDIGENOUS HEALTH ISSUE ASIDE MENTAL HEALTH AND DIABETES
